This Forum gives participants the opportunity to meet potential business partners through a series of personalized business to business (B to B) meetings. Over two days, you will participate in up to 15 personalized and pre-scheduled, 30 minute, face-to-face meetings. A fascinating race against time that almost always ends with business and investment opportunities. So if you would like to register or simply obtain more information, please indicate your interest for this event.

Preparing the Individual Business Meetings

• Each registered company has access to an on-line client area via the login area, where you will create your profile, specify your activities, and the type of partnership sought and offered.
• Once the catalogue opens, you can consult the list of participating companies on-line and view the profiles of your potential partners.
• You can then select up to 20 meeting choices from the list of participating companies.
• Our specialized match-making software creates a personalized meeting schedule for each participant, which is received upon arrival at the event.

Organization of the individual business meetings 

You will receive a personalized schedule of 30-minute meetings with up to 15 companies according to:

• Your meeting requests
• Companies that asked to meet with you
• Reciprocal requests

An interpreter will be allocated to all meetings as required.

You can also take advantage of networking breaks to socialize, relax, and create other contacts informally.
