FUTUR-ALLIA 2010

Here is the program for the 15th edition of Futurallia. It will take place over three days, from the evening of Wednesday, April 28^th to the morning of Saturday, May 1^st, 2010.

Sequence of Events

Wednesday, April 28^th, 2010

• Beginning at noon: Welcome of delegations and hotel check-in
• 4pm - 6pm: Distribution of personalized meeting schedules at the hotels
• 7pm - 8:30pm: Welcome reception cocktail in downtown Poitiers
• 8:30pm: participants are free to dine in downtown Poitiers (a selection of partner restaurants will be recommended)

Thursday, April 29^th, 2010

• 8am - 9am: Participants arrive at the Convention Centre (Palais des Congrès) and personalized meeting schedules are distributed
• 9am - 10am: Opening Ceremony
• 10am - 11am: Business meetings 1 and 2
• 11am - 11:30am: Break, time to visit the exhibitor’s Villages
• 11:30am - 12:30pm: Business meetings 3 and 4
• 12:30pm - 2:00pm: Business lunch
• 2:15pm - 3:45pm: Business meetings 5, 6 and 7
• 3:45pm - 4:15pm: Break, time to visit the exhibitor’s Villages
• 4:15pm - 4:45pm: Business meetings 8 and 9
• 7:30pm - 11:00pm: Anniversary celebration of Futurallia - Gala dinner

Friday, April 30^th, 2010

• 8:30am: Participants arrive at the Convention Centre
• 9:00am - 10:30am: Business meetings 10, 11 and 12
• 10:30am - 11:00am: Break, time to visit the exhibitor’s Villages
• 11:00am - 12h30am: Business meetings 13, 14 and 15
• 12h45am - 1:30pm: Closing Ceremony
• 1:30pm - 3:00pm: Business lunch
• 3:45pm – 6:30pm: Industry visits and tourism
• 8:00pm: International evening (casual wear)
